Description

You will manage product lifecycles and cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans for each product development stage to ensure efficiency.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and manage handoffs between software architects, engineers, and product teams.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide potential solutions to resolve blockers.
• Define processes for handling feature requests and bugs while tracking project escalations.
• Report product performance metrics and project status to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of technical program management experience.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and individual development stages.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in product planning, management, and project management leadership.
• Ability to align multiple teams and manage resource allocation.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with engineering and business teams.
• Experience recording, evaluating, and reporting performance metrics.
