Description

You will manage multiple small programs or single complex programs within the GSOC Hardware Program Management Office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the execution of the Plan of Record, including schedules, scope, and stakeholder identification.
• Track key program metrics and escalate deviations from the plan with proposed corrective actions.
• Identify program risks and maintain updated risk mitigation plans and trackers.
• Coordinate work across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure milestone achievement and on-time delivery.
• Develop engineering-based performance indicators for risk identification and ensure adherence to test plan trackers and sign-off checklists.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Knowledge of HW/VLSI flows and different phases in chip development.
• Proficiency with Jira, Splunk, Thoughtspot, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong ability to manage risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution.
• Experience in milestone tracking, planning, and budget monitoring.
• Ability to communicate technical status effectively to diverse stakeholder audiences.
