Description

You will lead large, cross-functional enterprise programs within the Technology team, owning end-to-end delivery across complex system landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program delivery using milestone-driven plans, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Own program financials, including forecasting, tracking actuals, and managing budgets.
• Manage a bundle of dotted-line Project Managers and act as a coach to resolve blockers and strengthen delivery discipline.
• Produce actionable status reports covering scope, schedule, and cost, clearly outlining issues and resolution timelines.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors on SOW creation and vendor management in partnership with Product and Delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Program Management leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven success integrating systems across multi-platform and complex technical environments.
• Expert proficiency with project management methodologies and Jira throughout the SDLC.
• Experience in estimating, budgeting, story development, technical analysis, and defect tracking.
• Ability to track and analyze project metrics and trends to drive execution.
• Strong capability to discuss technical concepts, evaluate trade-offs, and collaborate with engineering, QA, and architecture.
• Highly analytical approach with a bias for data-driven decision making and prioritization.

Preferred Skills

• Retail domain experience, specifically within eCommerce, Order Management, Finance, or third-party integrations.
