Description

You will manage cross-functional project delivery and program health within the derivatives platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project delivery across multiple teams while managing dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Develop communications and presentation materials for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Collaborate with the Program team and Director to drive prioritization decisions.
• Manage the annual budget planning cycle, including spend tracking and progress monitoring.
• Write project development proposals and lead information collection for country program narratives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of project leadership experience in cross-functional environments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a software development lifecycle role.
• Strong working knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and RUP methodologies.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master.
• Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Analytical skills for bridging business needs with IT solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
