Description

You will manage end-to-end event execution and program strategy, owning logistics, content, and stakeholder reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage all event logistics, including venue, catering, and transportation for medium and large-scale events.
• Develop content, promotions, and marketing collateral to drive event attendance and engagement.
• Build post-event reports and conduct retrospectives to identify improvements and drive process changes.
• Develop processes to track and measure event impact, reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
• Manage vendors, partners, and internal functional groups to ensure seamless execution.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in event planning and management.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in building, tracking, and formulating data within Google Sheets.
• Experience with budget management, negotiation, and vendor pitching.
• Minimum of a BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards or automating processes.
• Knowledge of the developer relations space and developer communities.
