Description

You will manage program execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment for software initiatives in a customer experience environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate intake and triage of new requests through Workfront, supporting impact assessment and stack-ranking.
• Partner with Leadership, Product Management, and Business Stakeholders to understand vision and strategic objectives.
• Plan and facilitate Discovery, Proof of Concept, and Pre-project work while establishing program governance structures.
• Oversee program execution, proactively manage changes and risks, and coordinate release, hypercare, and decommissioning.
• Measure adoption and impact post-release through 30/60/90-day check-ins and feedback loops.

Required Skills

• 7-10+ years of experience as a program manager in the software or technology industry.
• Experience managing multi-discipline teams comprising business and technical resources.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong ability to articulate trade-offs, sequencing, and incremental funding decisions.
• Experience with web, voice, and messaging/chat platforms, preferably in Customer Experience.
• Ability to build program roadmaps, secure approvals, and manage dependencies across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to change.
