Drive large, complex programs aligned with flight plans and standard lifecycle methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to manage complex scopes, defining estimates and developing execution plans.
• Coordinate with business users and product owners to groom requirements for Supply Chain and Logistics systems.
• Manage integration touchpoints between WMOS and upstream/downstream systems including Sterling OMS/IMS, Retek RMS, ProShip, and 3PL providers.
• Own the project budget, performing forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and earn vs. burn analysis.
• Communicate project risks, strategic impacts, and technical issues to executive-level leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Retail sectors.
• Deep technical understanding of Logistics IT systems, design, and architecture.
• Proficiency with Manhattan Associates WMOS or relevant Warehouse Management Systems.
• Experience managing integrations on multi-platform environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Rally for software development tracking.
• Technical experience with AppDynamics, Snowflake, and MS Power BI.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Applications or equivalent work experience.
