Description

You will lead technical program management and drive sales enablement initiatives within a large enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex technical programs and ensure timely delivery across enterprise stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on Agile coaching and facilitate agile ceremonies for engineering teams.
• Manage direct reports, offering mentorship and overseeing people development.
• Create executive-level presentations and detailed project plans using Microsoft Office tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of technical leadership and program management experience.
• 4+ years of people management or direct mentorship experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Agile methodology experience.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
• Experience in sales enablement contexts is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
