Lead end-to-end program execution for large-scale, high-impact technology initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, plan delivery, manage risks, and communicate status to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive Agile best practices as Scrum Master, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Develop program roadmaps, dashboards, and KPIs using Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
• Partner with engineering teams to assess technical dependencies, effort, and risks using Python, React, and database knowledge.
• Manage project budgets, estimation processes, and post-mortem reviews to ensure operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in technology environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of Python, React, and databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, Miro, and Power BI.
• Experience in Financial Services or Asset Management with Trading or Investment Management applications.
• Proven track record managing globally dispersed teams and driving stakeholder alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
