Manage enterprise programs from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Organize program structure, effort estimation, scheduling, planning, and budgeting.
• Maintain stakeholder rosters, alignment maps, and program roadmaps.
• Orchestrate communications, activity tracking, assignments, and follow-ups.
• Capture and manage risks and escalations to drive ongoing progress.
• Coordinate reporting rhythms and support agile ceremonies for scrum teams.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of program management experience with enterprise clients in a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Planner.
• Strong experience with project vision/scope documentation, work-back schedules, and budget management.
• Skilled at leading delivery-focused discussions, brainstorms, and working sessions.
• Proficient in gathering requirements and producing business process flows and documentation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
