Description

You will manage data center equipment supply planning for sustaining and new products by translating demand signals into actionable inventory plans.

Responsibilities

• Translate data center demand signals into supply and inventory plans for equipment to drive optimal planning decisions.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Fulfillment, Commodity Management, and Contract Manufacturing teams to execute plans throughout the product life cycle.
• Develop short and long-term supply models to minimize total costs and inventory while maintaining service levels.
• Establish and drive business metrics to monitor supply chain performance and scalability.
• Identify supply chain gaps and implement documented process improvements to increase efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Proven expertise in Supply & Inventory Planning.
• Experience managing material supply and inventory to meet new and existing product demand.
• Ability to develop and justify inventory buffer strategies that optimize cost and flexibility.
• Experience leveraging market intelligence and statistical inputs to improve inventory models.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address supply chain inefficiencies.
• Ability to coordinate with Demand Planning regarding fluctuating component requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.
