Description

You will manage data center equipment supply planning for both sustaining and new products.

Responsibilities

• Translate data center demand signals into actionable supply and inventory plans for equipment.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, Fulfillment, Commodity Management, and Contract Manufacturing teams to execute plans through the product life cycle.
• Develop short and long-term supply models to minimize total costs and inventory while maintaining service levels.
• Establish and drive business metrics to monitor supply chain performance and scalability.
• Identify supply chain gaps and implement documented process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or Supply & Inventory Planning.
• Expertise in developing and justifying inventory buffer strategies to optimize cost and flexibility.
• Ability to manage material supply and inventory to meet fluctuating demand requirements.
• Experience leveraging market intelligence and statistical inputs to improve inventory models.
• Proven ability to communicate material plans and status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills applied to supply chain processes and efficiencies.
• Any Graduate degree.
