Lead complex, multi-workstream portfolios and drive delivery excellence initiatives across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex portfolios with competing priorities and ensure value delivery.
• Lead and develop teams of project or program professionals.
• Establish portfolio governance, risk management, and operating models.
• Communicate progress and risks through executive-level presentations.
• Drive PMO transformation and delivery excellence initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in program/project management or delivery leadership.
• 3+ years leading and developing teams of project or program professionals.
• Strong command of portfolio governance, risk management, and value delivery frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in Agile or SAFe environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a value-oriented or product-led PMO environment.
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks, benefits realization management, or strategic portfolio management tools.
