Description

Manage multiple programs and facilitate Scrum processes for cross-functional teams in Bangalore.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Monitor program progress, risks, and issues, providing updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Remove impediments to team progress and coach members on Agile methodologies.
• Manage program budgets and coordinate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs from initiation to completion.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Experience with scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
