Drive team performance and ensure adherence to agile principles to deliver high-quality products and services.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines to reach high-performing levels.
• Influence decision-making by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support teams assigned to Business as Usual (BAU) work and departmental or corporate initiatives.
• Identify areas for team improvement and apply appropriate coaching and development techniques.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of product or project development experience, or 4 years of project development experience on an Agile Team.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) models.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
• Proven experience facilitating meetings at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to manage planning and problem-solving with product management and delivery teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree.
