Description

You will lead the Retail Technology Hardware (RTH) and New Store Opening (NSO) programs to ensure seamless technology integration and hardware deployment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery, status, and health of RTH and NSO programs to provide stakeholder visibility.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance end-to-end hardware lifecycle management within budget constraints.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Facilitate dependency management discussions and prioritize initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technology hardware delivery and program management.
• Proven track record managing complex projects within a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of hardware asset management and configuration management.
• Experience with technology integration and hardware deployment.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to identify and proactively address technical and operational issues.
• Experience guiding and mentoring teams to achieve project goals.
