Description

You will lead the end-to-end execution of complex programs, driving projects from inception through completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage holistic program progress, including budgets, milestones, communications, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop and execute all necessary program management documentation.
• Drive projects from scratch by establishing RACI models, execution plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders to determine value and set strategic initiatives.
• Conduct knowledge transfer activities to ensure organizational alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in program management.
• Strong technical understanding to effectively manage work tasks and technical requirements.
• Proven experience implementing Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working within the Retail industry.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project lifecycles using RACI and structured execution plans.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
