• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define communications, processes, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain all relevant project documentation.
• Lead knowledge transfer activities across teams.
• Drive team accountability to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or Project Management.
• Proven experience implementing Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Technical understanding sufficient to manage technical tasks and workflows.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working within a retail environment.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and cross-functional communications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
