Description

You will manage large enterprise HCM transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project milestones, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business, IT, vendors, UKG, and TCS team members.
• Lead and manage project team members to ensure delivery.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Experience managing large enterprise HCM transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management processes, including time tracking, scheduling, and compliance.
• Experience managing relationships with UKG team, third-party vendors, and customers.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of UKG Pro WFM Implementation.
