Description

You will lead the tactical delivery of key technology projects and capabilities using agile and waterfall methodologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of new or established capabilities, from initial planning through development.
• Oversee Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineers to ensure project objectives are documented, measurable, and met.
• Develop project timelines, stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and cross-functional dependency tracking.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues to prevent realization while providing transparency to stakeholders.
• Own program resource management, including onboarding/offboarding, third-party vendor management, and budget forecasting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• 1-2 years of experience in program management.
• Required certification in Scrum, SAFe, or other agile practices.
• 5+ years of experience working within the Digital or eCommerce domain.
• Proven experience in portfolio management capabilities including capacity, dependency, and resource management.
• Experience managing program budgets, including actuals and forecasting.
• Strong background in software engineering or related technical disciplines.

Preferred Skills

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
