Description

You will lead complex programs and manage technical project lifecycles within a Department of Defense environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a workforce of up to 20 personnel.
• Execute strategic planning, risk management, and change management processes.
• Act as a liaison between various levels of management and DoD stakeholders.
• Oversee complex projects and contract-related activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex projects.
• 3+ years of experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or equivalent liaison activity.
• 3+ years of experience in personnel management.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic planning and risk management.
• 3+ years of experience in change management.
• 3+ years of technical knowledge regarding computers, systems, and databases.
• Proficiency with general use software programs and office equipment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
