Description

Lead large-scale ServiceNow programs from concept through implementation and post-implementation review.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed execution plans, managing financials, progress tracking, change control, testing, and production releases.
• Drive strategic conversations with senior executives to define business cases and measurable outcomes.
• Manage PMO activities, including standardized processes and methodologies for value-driven program management.
• Coordinate solution gathering for internal audits and red team engagement issues.
• Communicate program status to Steering Committees and sponsors while promoting Agile transitions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in ServiceNow or similar enterprise business applications.
• Experience managing multiple large programs in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and techniques.
• Proven ability to lead extended groups of senior professionals in offshore-centric organizations.
• Experience leading Steering Committee meetings with executive management.
• Strong skills in conflict resolution, problem solving, and relationship building across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to travel up to 30-40%.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Scrum Master or PMP certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow-specific projects.
• Background in Cloud Operations, strategic business consulting, or organizational change management.
