Description

You will lead large-scale M365 tenant-to-tenant and on-premises to cloud mailbox migration programs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end project management of technology transformations within the M365 stack.
  • Manage, supervise, and govern multiple external vendors and resources engaged in migration activities.
  • Develop platform roadmaps and define technical characteristics and user experience behaviors for stakeholders.
  • Lead major incident management for platform capabilities and handle client escalations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Architecture, Cyber Security, Procurement, and Digital teams to optimize platform security and tech contract spend.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience managing M365 tenant-to-tenant mailbox migration programs.
  • Proven expertise in migrating workloads from Exchange On-premises to Exchange Online/M365.
  • Direct experience managing external vendors for migration execution.
  • Technical proficiency in M365, O365, and SharePoint administration.
  • Hands-on experience managing user migrations, including batch creation and migration report monitoring.
  • Knowledge of AD, Azure AD, and Entra ID.
  • Experience resolving migration issues during on-premises to cloud and tenant-to-tenant transitions.
  • Ability to work with architecture teams to evaluate and implement new technologies.
