Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects and programs within the healthcare domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define program roadmaps, scope, timelines, and budgets for enterprise initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams including Business, IT, Vendors, QA, and Security.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and CMS.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and mitigation strategies for Claims, Enrollment, and EHR systems.
• Oversee system implementations and conduct executive-level reporting to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Program Management.
• Strong healthcare domain experience (Payer or Provider).
• Experience managing large enterprise programs, preferably with $5M+ budgets.
• Knowledge of Claims, Enrollment, Billing, Payment Integrity, or Care Management systems.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong risk management and governance experience.
• Experience working with onshore and offshore teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Certification.
• Experience with healthcare platforms like Facets, QNXT, or EPIC.
• Knowledge of data integration, APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
