You manage the full lifecycle of programs from definition through implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from definition to implementation.
• Develop project plans, drive milestones, and manage project resources.
• Ensure scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
• Prepare documentation, status reports, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and implement effective change management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Demonstrated ability in change management.
• Experience with budgeting and resource management.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
