Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end execution of privacy projects, including planning, tracking, and delivery of key milestones • Partner with Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to operationalize privacy requirements • Implement and maintain privacy frameworks aligned with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other global laws especially those surrounding the use of AI • Facilitate Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) • Develop and maintain data inventories, data flow maps, and records of processing activities (RoPA) • Track and manage privacy incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution • Support responses to data subject requests (DSARs), audits, and regulatory inquiries • Drive privacy-by-design principles in product development lifecycles • Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs across the organization • Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices Minimum Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, or related program/project management roles • Strong understanding of global privacy regulations • Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with distributed teams • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent stakeholder management abilities • Bachelor's of Science in Information Systems, Security, or Computer • Science or similar degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of data security principles and risk management frameworks • Knowledge of global AI regulatory obligations • Knowledge of global privacy laws • Excellent communication • Ability to balance legal/compliance requirements with business needs • Experience in technology, SaaS, AI frameworks
