Description

Lead the delivery of an SAP S/4HANA transformation program within the IT Project Management Office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct the program lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality using agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Establish program governance structures to facilitate clear communication, decision-making, and rapid problem-solving.
• Monitor program performance and value delivery through Earned Value Management (EVM) methods.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, financial, and reputational risks.
• Manage implementation partners and suppliers to ensure quality delivery and resolve conflicts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, systems, and processes.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
• Proven track record managing suppliers and implementing supplier service changes.
• Strong experience in budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across IT and business leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
