Description

You will lead SAP HANA and Artificial Intelligence programs to deliver complex, cross-functional projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SAP HANA and AI projects from conception through completion.
• Develop and execute program plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using Agile methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet program milestones and objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communications and decision-making.
• Use advanced analytics and reporting to track performance and provide updates to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program management, specifically managing large-scale, complex programs.
• Strong understanding of the SAP HANA platform and its business applications.
• Solid grasp of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their business value.
• Expertise in Agile Project Management methodologies.
• 5-10 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and senior-level presentation.
• Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and reporting using Excel.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations using Keynote.
• Experience utilizing data-driven insights to inform program strategy.

Preferred Skills

• Broad knowledge of the SAP ecosystem.
• Experience using Jira for project tracking within an Agile framework.
