Drive operational efficiency and business intelligence through data management, process automation, and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Streamline team operations by building automation, managing dashboards, and improving workflows.
• Develop and maintain a centralized client request intake dashboard to measure engagement across 100+ products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refresh request triage matrices and direct requests to appropriate product teams.
• Build automated Google Sheets tools for Customer Relationship Managers to aggregate survey data and generate insights.
• Support internal CRM system development and manage centralized data through standardized playbooks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end data management, including data discovery and managing unstructured data.
• 5+ years of experience writing SQL code to pull and join large datasets from multiple sources.
• 5+ years of experience building automation via Sheets or Excel using lookup formulas, if-then statements, and import range.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement and project management.
• Proficiency in SQL and CRM systems.
• Experience conducting data clean-up and developing dashboards to derive business insights.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
