Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of Data program initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of modern tech stack including microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), event-driven architecture, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Facilitate Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure incremental delivery of business value.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, and Leadership to define roadmaps and resolve dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage cross-team dependencies, and maintain transparency through reporting and dashboards.
• Champion automation, DevOps practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AWS and GCP.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Product Owners roles and interaction.
• Experience working with Engineering teams.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• 3-year tenure in previous roles.
