Description

Lead program management, enablement, and change initiatives for C360 and Amplify solutions to drive adoption and stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Organize roadshows, presentations, and stakeholder engagement activities to communicate business value.
• Develop and execute education programs to help teams consume data and insights from C360 and Amplify.
• Drive change management efforts to accelerate adoption across business and technology teams.
• Establish and manage governance forums, operating rhythms, and decision tracking.
• Create executive-level communications that translate complex concepts into clear narratives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Strong experience leading organizational change management and adoption programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple teams and business functions.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and enterprise communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts and data-driven solutions into business-relevant outcomes.
• Experience with Data Management and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amplify Pillar Enablement.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
