You will lead program management, change adoption, and governance for data initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Organize roadshows and stakeholder engagements to communicate business value.
• Develop and execute education programs to help teams consume data from C360 and Amplify solutions.
• Drive change management efforts to accelerate adoption across business and technology teams.
• Manage governance forums, operating rhythms, decision tracking, and stakeholder accountability.
• Create executive-level communications that translate complex concepts into compelling narratives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and enterprise communication skills.
• Experience leading organizational change management and adoption programs.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with program governance and coordinating complex initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM).
• Experience with C360 or Amplify data platforms.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business-relevant outcomes.
