You will manage complex projects across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring milestones are tracked and deliverables are met.

Responsibilities

• Track project milestones and recommend schedule or resource adjustments.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Lead coordination across technical and non-technical teams.
• Manage vendors and third-party project deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).

Required Skills

• 10+ years managing large, complex projects with diverse teams.
• 10+ years using project management tools: Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Jira.
• Strong experience with PMO methodologies, standards, and documentation.
• Proven expertise in risk and issue management, milestone tracking, and corrective action planning.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and meet objectives.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• PMP® certification.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Agile or Scrum certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with state government projects, including Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C.
