Manage large, complex projects with multiple, diverse teams from Tallahassee, FL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Track project milestones and recommend schedule or resource adjustments.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Lead coordination across technical and non-technical teams.
• Manage vendors and third-party project deliverables.

Required Skills

• PMP® certification.
• 10+ years managing large, complex projects with multiple diverse teams.
• 10+ years experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Jira.
• Strong experience developing detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Hands-on experience with PMO methodologies, standards, and documentation.
• Proven expertise in risk and issue management, milestone tracking, and corrective action planning.
• Experience facilitating meetings, documenting outcomes, and producing internal and external status reports.

Preferred Skills

• Agile or Scrum certification.
• Experience with state government projects, including compliance with Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C.
