Description

You will direct enterprise-wide programs consisting of multiple interconnected projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop program strategies, business cases, and enterprise-wide high-level project plans.
• Direct and mentor a team of project managers, portfolio managers, and project management staff.
• Integrate individual projects, track key milestones, and recommend adjustments to project managers.
• Manage the execution of highly complex or enterprise-wide programs.
• Communicate program strategy, direction, and changes to IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Project Management certification.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with senior business leadership to identify and prioritize IT opportunities to achieve enterprise goals.
