Description

You will lead complex projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring technical specifications and user requirements are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures.
• Facilitate meetings and manage all associated documentation.
• Create and present internal and external status reports for Steering Committees or the Legislature.
• Manage project budgets and perform cost analysis and cost-benefit evaluations.
• Lead project teams to deliver objectives within agreed schedules and approved budgets.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in project plan development and work breakdown structures.
• 10 years of experience in meeting facilitation and documentation.
• 10 years of experience in budget and financial management, including cost analysis.
• 10 years of experience creating status reports for high-level stakeholders.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 5 years of experience leading and managing projects.
• 5 years of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies.
• 5 years of experience in risk tracking and mitigation.
• 5 years of experience using Microsoft Project or comparable management software.
