You will manage large, complex projects with multiple diverse teams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Track project milestones and recommend schedule or resource adjustments.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Lead coordination across technical and non-technical teams.
• Manage vendors and third-party project deliverables.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing large, complex projects.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Jira.
• Proficiency in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Hands-on experience with PMO methodologies, standards, and documentation.
• Expertise in risk and issue management, milestone tracking, and corrective action planning.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and produce status reports.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Agile or Scrum certification.
• Experience managing waterfall projects and state government projects, including compliance with Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C.
