Description

You will manage enterprise-wide IT programs comprising multiple integrated projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop program strategy, support business cases, and create high-level project plans.
• Adjust project scope, timing, and budgets to ensure integration across the program.
• Communicate program strategy, direction, and changes to IT and business leadership.
• Deliver all IT portfolio projects on time, within budget, and according to strategic requirements.
• Track key milestones and recommend adjustments to Project Managers.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing IT projects within reemployment services, community development, or government programs.
• Extensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
