Description

You will lead large-scale, complex public sector programs, focusing on enterprise system integration within financial systems. You will own the full program lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program execution for complex public sector initiatives.
• Drive enterprise system integration projects, preferably within financial domains.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
• Apply established project and program management frameworks to ensure delivery.
• Lead analytical efforts to monitor program health and mitigate risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale public sector programs.
• Strong background in enterprise system integration and financial systems.
• Deep knowledge of project and program management frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Certification as PMP or PgMP.
• Familiarity with Oracle PeopleSoft or cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other Agile/PM certifications.
