What's the Job?

• Support day-to-day portfolio execution and release operations
• Coordinate across teams to ensure deliverables are on track
• Track active workstreams, dependencies, and timelines, and follow up to drive completion
• Assist with release processes, including intake, validation, and execution steps
• Maintain dashboards, reporting, and status visibility for stakeholders

What's Needed?

• 3-4 years of experience in Program / Project coordination
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
• Strong skills in data reporting, dashboarding, and analytics
• Proven ability to support portfolio or program support roles
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
