Description

You will support day-to-day portfolio execution and release operations by coordinating across teams and tracking deliverables.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across teams to ensure deliverables remain on track and dependencies are managed.
• Track active workstreams, timelines, and follow up to drive completion of tasks.
• Assist with release processes, including intake, validation, and execution steps.
• Maintain dashboards, reporting, and status visibility for stakeholders using data tools.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in Program or Project coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for work tracking and release management.
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating and maintaining dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills for data reporting and analytics.
• Proven ability to support portfolio or program support roles with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with similar portfolio management and reporting tools beyond the core stack.
• Background in technical program management within software delivery environments.
