Program Manager Tech 2

What's the Job?

• Interface with clients on technical matters and project subject areas from initiation through delivery
• Provide program and project schedules along with status reports
• Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents to guide project implementation
• Offer technical and analytical insights to Product Managers as needed
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2-4 years' experience with technical tools such as Power BI, SQL, Kusto, and Active Directory
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting
• Strong program management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent communication skills, capable of leading meetings and presenting to leadership
• Ability to work effectively with global engineering, product, and support teams
