Description

Manage technical programs from initiation through delivery, translating engineering requirements into external customer content.

Responsibilities

• Drive programs and projects through the full lifecycle to ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Translate engineering requirements into technical content, including blogs and white papers, suitable for marketing, CELA, and NATO standards.
• Create and review functional specifications to guide product and service implementation.
• Interface with partners to resolve technical and business issues.
• Provide stakeholders and Product Managers with technical and analytical status reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Program Manager experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Technical Writing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in security, compliance, and trust.
• Experience working with Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365.
• Ability to digest complex engineering content and produce high-quality external documentation.
• Experience managing cross-functional activities and project schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Background in privacy, trust, and compliance.
