Lead project delivery for infrastructure and security integration initiatives related to M&A activity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure track scope, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and change management.
• Build relationships with IT M&A, technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Own project communications, including executive updates, escalation materials, and meeting schedules.
• Direct the management of legacy infrastructure equipment inventory and disposition plans.
• Maintain the project documentation repository, artifacts, and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as an IT infrastructure technical project manager.
• Experience building and managing complex project plans.
• Knowledge of global office networks, cloud and on-premise infrastructure, and network security.
• Understanding of data centers, physical/virtual servers, storage, and authentication services.
• Familiarity with audio/visual collaboration technologies.
• Ability to manage network hardening, monitoring, and services management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple business functions and IT technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with M&A integration projects.
• Experience with office technology build projects.
• Proficiency in SmartSheet or Microsoft Project-equivalent planning tools.
