Program Manager

You will lead and manage end-to-end program delivery across Capital Markets initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, execution, tracking, and reporting using Jira and Agile delivery tools.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and milestones across teams.
• Partner with business, technology, and operations teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder communication, including executive-level reporting and governance forums.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Program or Senior Project Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira (roadmaps, dashboards, reporting, backlog tracking).
• Proven experience in Capital Markets, specifically Fixed Income and/or Repo programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in large financial institutions or banking environments.
• Ability to manage complex, high-visibility programs under tight timelines.
• Bachelor's degree.
