Description

You will lead the setup of a new entity and establish front-to-back workflows for critical finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflows for accounting, P&L, liquidity reporting, and hedge accounting.
• Manage the delivery of processes for financial products including bonds and interest rate swaps.
• Communicate project status and technical requirements clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Resolve operational and technical issues directly by engaging in hands-on problem solving.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Program Management.
• Deep knowledge of Capital Markets products such as bonds and interest rate swaps.
• Experience building workflows for Accounting, P&L, and Liquidity Reporting.
• Proven ability to present complex information to executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of finance functions and hedge accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues through direct involvement.
• Any Graduate degree.
