Description

You will own end-to-end solution design, lead code reviews, and manage the release pipeline for scalable AI applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable APIs using FastAPI and manage deployments on OpenShift containers.
  • Develop and maintain LangGraph and Langchain agents to orchestrate complex AI workflows and agentic automation.
  • Implement robust asynchronous event handling, including retries, backoff, and failure recovery patterns.
  • Review and lead developer code for best practices, efficiency, and adherence to security standards like OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
  • Set error handling, monitoring, and logging standards, including observability for LLMs and AI workflows.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Python with strong proficiency in FastAPI.
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine and dynamic prompt engineering for Generative AI.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for backend and lightweight frontend support.
  • Experience with LangGraph and Langchain agents for building and orchestrating AI workflows.
  • Strong grasp of RESTful APIs integration, WebSocket communication, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with Redis (cache, streams, pub/sub patterns) for real-time handling.
  • Familiarity with containerized application deployment on OpenShift, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases such as Teradata, MongoDB, or SOLR.
  • Ability to optimize system performance for scalability and fault tolerance.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with FAISS and Vector Databases.
  • Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 and JWT validation security mechanisms.
