Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage overall program goals, success criteria, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients to create and execute comprehensive program plans.
• Oversee all program deliverables, ensuring adherence to organizational methodology and industry best practices.
• Provide clear and consistent communication across stakeholders, including executive reporting.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage scope, budget, and change requests effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at the program level.
• Coordinate with technology partners and vendors for assigned engagements.
• Establish resource plans aligned with budget and monitor utilization and burn rates.
• Drive program activities, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with governance standards.
• Develop and maintain reusable assets, templates, and accelerators for program delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program/project delivery within business consulting, systems development, or systems integration.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale technology programs in leadership roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to learn quickly.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Preferred experience with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, Data & Analytics, Cloud).
