Description

Manage automotive program launches from initial planning through full production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP activities to synchronize internal and customer timelines.
• Manage project planning, milestones, budgets, and resource coordination.
• Track project plans to ensure deliverables meet quality and timing requirements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and actionable solutions to stakeholders.
• Support customer needs through pilot builds, testing, and run-at-rate events.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automotive engineering and product launches.
• Proven track record managing automotive programs from cradle to grave.
• Direct experience with stamping processes and automotive parts.
• Proficiency in managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Practical understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Experience with APQP and equipment installation.
• Ability to develop quotes and act as a primary customer point of contact.
