Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the vehicle driver program including compliance monitoring, scheduling, and reporting
• Track progress of key projects and initiatives within the Chief of Staff Office
• Assist with day-to-day operational needs of the COS team
• Create and develop reports; assist with process and procedure documentation
• Coordinate planning across stakeholders and monitor project status, spend, milestones, and impacts
• Draft and coordinate communications; develop presentations, newsletters, talking points, and executive summaries
• Assist with internship program coordination and event planning

Required Skills

• Strong program management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting senior leaders and complex organizations
